I'm running out of DHCC and was wondering whether to stick with it, swap for microfoliant (though more expensive, Yikes!) or do both? What do you think? Also, I was wondering if anybody had a good recommendation for a cream cleanser. I've run out of Dr. H and have been using a mix of oil and DHCC but I miss the feeling I had with a cream clenser. Should I repurchase Dr. H cream clenser? |

I have both (well I have the Jurlique rather than DHCC but I equate them as the same). They are rather different products as DHCC seeks to deep clean your pores while Microfoliant is a gentle exfoliator. For me DHCC is not enough exfoliation for me as daily so I use the Dermalogica (but then again I exfoliate A LOT because I have acne and if I don't I get a lotta dead cell buildup). If you have normal skin I think you would probably like to go with DHCC if that has worked well for you. And if you do a peel/scrub regularly during the week I'm sure that's enough. |

I think it depends on your skin. I find that using Dr H CC twice daily works wonders on my normal skin and I don't need any more than that and a weekly mask. Dr H does exfoliate so you may find that using both may be too much. If you want to try it (I do love both of those products) then I suggest that you alternate them (i.e. don't use the Dr H CC twice daily, but replace once with the Microfoliant). HTH |
