should i make it "fresh" everyday to use, or is it alright to make some and put it in a spray bottle for convenience, and if so how many days would it be "good" for? tia! |

Anything I make DIY, I always keep it in the fridge and use up or throw out with in a month(with the exception of my cleansing oil). I dont think the tea would really go bad, I just like the cold feeling in the morning. |

I asked about this in the DIY thread and looked it up on the skincareboard. You need to use it really fresh to get the benefit of the polyphenols. I used to brew a cup while I was getting up and use it there and then - feels lovely. If you keep it you need to use PG or something to stabilise the antioxidant. HTH Molly |
