I used Crest Premium white strips, and it worked well. 8 months later I still get nice comments on how white my teeth are (they are white, but not unbelievable kind of white) |

I like Dr. George Brandt's product. You can usually get it at Wal-Mart. The key ingredients are carbamide or hydrogen peroxide....that's what you need to look for. |

i was a sceptic about this until my sis told me to try a brand called Oxygen plus, made by rapid white. It is a toothpaste but does not damage enamel and it has some fluoride (a smidgen - less than 1%). You can use it after your normal toothpaste or alone (but its not very freshning so i use it at night after regular brushing)
After three weeks of using this once a day I am amazed at how much whiter my teeth are. I use it with a sonic elite toothbrush and it is fantastic.
Ingredients sorbitol, aqua, hydrated silica, glycerin,cyclodextrin,sodium lauroyol sarcosinate,xylitol,aroma,titanium dioxide,cellulose gum,citric acid,sodium benzoate,sodium saccharin,phthalimididoperoxcaprioc acid |
