Hi ladies!
I am very interested in learning more about facial exercises to help shape my eyes, decrease eye bags, and sculpt the face in general. Are these kinds of things really helpful for eye bags? I would love to know!
Also, what is your favorite book/teacher/company for facial exercises?
Thanks!

Molly, thank you! I wonder how much time people spend on these each day... |

Frankly Shawna - way too much time to get good results. I could never do any of the programmes as quickly as they suggest - it just doesn't seem feasible. This is the problem with it and it's SO boring to do. I go through phases where I let it all go for months, but then I realise I'm looking older and step it up again. It soon comes back - they say 'muscle has memory' and it seems to be true so if you've done the initial build you can get back there quite quickly. But sometimes I wish I'd never started on it because of the time and boredom factor. Despite all of that I think it's one of the biggest factors in my overall youthful look so I can't give it up.

Molly
How long did it take before you saw any results? I only want to target the bags under my eyes. |

It's hard to say Ninetynine because it seems so long ago. I started when I was 34 and I used to do it pretty much every day for the first year at least. I remember definitely not having bags by the time I was 36 but it was probably earlier. But that's complete elimination. They began to improve after a few weeks - I think and they'd been pretty bad because I'd had continual eye infections for nearly a year. |

It's ocurred to me lately that these eye exercises might have stopped my eye-sight aging too I'm the only person over 40, who I know, who doesn't need glasses. Just looked it up on the web and there are some theories claiming that muscle deterioration is a big part of the aging sight problem. |
