This serum is produced by Invitra and the full name is Reluma Skin Illuminating Anti-Aging Serum. I found it online when I was searching for an alternative to Revive. This seemed to be the real deal; containing multiple growth factors and very few fillers and preservatives. I was expecting to see glowing, renewed skin immediately like I would with Revive, but nothing happened. I was then holding out for great long term effects, but again - nothing. I have finished my 15 ml bottle and it is as if I never used this product, it had no effect at all. |

Hi Smoothskin. I keep pulling up your posts. Did you use Revive before this product? What did you like about the Revive?
Revive seems so expensive but is sooooo alluring. |

I haven't posted much about Revive, but there are some very interesting posts especially about the Volumizing Serum which is great for puppet lines (nose to mouth). I guess the reason I am cautious to recommend Revive so much is that it is very expensive (particularly this product) and I would worry someone would try it and not have good results... |

Thanks for your reply. I don't have the "puppet lines" yet so I'll hold out. |

The key ingredient to these products is supposed to be the growth factors right? EGF and KGF.
Well what makes Revive superior could be the quality of these growth factors.
I know from DIY experience that these growth factors are very very delicate and do lose potency very quickly once they are mixed into products and kept at room temperature.
I am surprised that mass marketed products can still have a potency to have results on the skin, since we don't even know how long they are kept in storage before being shipped out. |

I think you could be on to something. I noticed that the Reluma serum has a very short ingredient list and none of the usual preservatives in there. |

Hi miranet, do you still make your own products with growth factors? Could you please share with us those recipes? I am looking for a more affordable alternative to store-bought growth factor products. Thanks! |
