Hello, I have Rose Hip Oil and Vitamin E Oil (and some others). I would like to know at a particular night, should I use both of them or should I use each one every alternate day?
For example, if you have two serums or two essential oils or more than two, you normally use both of them at a night or you just alternate each one for every other day like use Oil A on Monday, Oil B on Tuesday, and again Oil A on Wednesday, Oil B on Thursday...etc...
And the third option is: After finishing the whole bottle of Oil A, then only start using Oil B.
Actually, which of the three methods is better? Which method gives faster or better result?
Hope you could share your views. Thank you very much. |

I take these in talblet form and never heard of anyone using it together on face. Would like to know the outcome is your skin very greasy as when I opened an vit e and applied it it was very oily so I swallow instead. Heard it is great for scars and the rose I take for arthritis. I have sensitive skin but oily forhead and do not like any grease on my face except decleor balm one week a month |

We have a resident 'oil' expert here, and I ain't her but - there should be no problem using either 1. Though the Vit E is a very thick, sticky oil - don't think you'd wanna apply it alone. |

I would decant a little of the Rose Hip Oil and add just the tiniest bit of Vitamin E, it will act as a preservative.
Apply sparingly. |

I've recently been considering this issue myself.
Have used emu oil for years and started with rosehip as well a couple months back. I haven't really worked out which is the best way for me to use both. |

Seems like some of you suggest to use both (more than one Oil) in a single night.
Does the rule hold the same to other products too such as Primrose E oil and Grape Seed Oil?
Wonder maybe any method gives the same result???? |

I actually use multiple oils 2x per day. I made my own version of this - http://www.henrytianus.com/site/1345939/product/181104-00008 and my skin just drinks it all in. |
