| I'm trying to place an order for a Decleor set. I have a different password to my forum password and can't remember it. I've requested a new password several times since yesterday. I get a message to say that a new password has been sent to my email address but nothing has arrived. Any suggestions? |

Maybe contact the Live Help on EDS, Rachael?

Did you check your bulk mail and not just your inbox? Sometimes they send them there and I always forget to check. |

Just keep trying and e-mailing them. This happened to me and its only lately that I could access the forum as the password would not work. I e-mailed madga at customer care and they were very helpful but I had to do this on numerous occassions.
When I got my password for my ordering, saved in on computer so when I order I always have it. I think that at one stage they thought that I was silly and could not remember it!!

| I've spoken to someone on the live help (thanks for that suggestion) and have now emailed one of the technical support people who has emailed back and is looking into things for me. Hopefully it won't be too long, can't wait to place my order! |

| I'm now up and running and getting ready to order! One of the IT people has very kindly reset my password for me and I've changed it to something more memorable. Thank you EDS, very good customer service! |

I'm a forgetful person too. I hope there is a better way to remember all passwords. |

| When you log in you can change your password to something more memorable. I think it's under the 'profile' section. HTH. |
