For those ladies' who don't observe Easter, how was your day?
Mine went well, I'm totally exhausted at work today though. I know, I should treat myself to something special, hee hee hee (*the way babyfish giggles*). Time to go shopping. |

Lovely yet hectic, thank you for asking
I learned a valuable lesson as well this weekend. I had Easter Sunday breakfast with my parents - but they also had some guests over. The supposed breakfast dragged on into the evening and I was getting rather bored listening to their conversations. Solution - my mum's extensive selection of liquers. What I figured out was that you REALLY shouldn't mix alcohol
liquer A + liquer B +..... = BADNESS!!!

Hello girls,
We had beautiful weather for Easter long weekend. It was like Summer here in Vancouver and people acted like it was already Summer: short shorts and mini skirts, tanks and halter tops, sandals and huge sunglasses...If you understand it rains here in Vancouver 301 days a year, you know why we act like kids ...hee hee hee ! And today, it's pouring rain again so I've decided to go back to check on EDS. Hee hee ! |

Babyfish, how are things coming along with your father's business? almost done? Just not the same without you online and reading your posts.
Any delicious dishes you had for the holiday that you can share? I enjoy so much reading about your family's recipes. |

My dad's year-end stuff has just been started ( finally). Thanks Fantasia. Sometimes I wish if I could have a sister, she would be someone just like you. Being an only child is really a hard job sometimes.
New recipe for you if you like squids (this is also my dad's new creation, he is a great cook): DEEP FRIED CURRY SQUIDS. When they were served, our friends who had never had them before just thought they were frenchfries! I could not count how many plates of them my dad had prepared for the party. Yum! |

I'm turning into my imac.....i'm white (cos i haven't been outside in two weeks) I'm looking bulbous (cos I've done no physical activity) my eyes are square like the screen (from looking at it so hard) and i've got a sticky out neck (from craning to read tiny writing)......i will finish my college assignment even if i am only averaging 40 words a day and find any excuse to find other stuff to do on the pooter.......like look at make-up, or skincare reviews......ahhhhhhhh......joy!!!!! |
