Hi all,
I don't post here very often, but I do tend to lurk. I do hope to begin posting more often though
I recently purchased Decleor's Nutri-Delice Ultra Nourishing Cream and was wondering if I could use Aromessence Rose D'Orient underneath it? Or would it be better to purchase the Angelique Aromessence and use that instead?
I have extremely dry skin that is also sensitive. However most of my sensitivity is due to the my skin being way too dry which is why I choose the Nutri-Delice cream. Unfortunately the Harmonie Gentle Soothing Cream isn't hydrating enough and leaves my skin feeling parched. I do however like and have the Aromessence Rose D'Orient and the matching balm. |

Hello,
I have not used either rose d'orient nor angelique...I have used ylang ylang and neroli. I find the oils very good. I do not think if you buy the angelique, your skin will react unfavourably to it. If it does, I am sure you can return the product and get a refund?
Since you say your skin is extremely dry and if you live in the Northern hemisphere, with season change and winter coming on, I would think it might be better to try angelique now and then try the rose d'orient in the summer?
If you can get some samples of both the oils (over the counter perhaps), then, you could find out which suits you better. |

Thanks so much for your help I will go ahead and get the Angelique Aromessence. I usually use the Rose D'Orient Aromessence, but I agree that the Angelique might be a better choice now that I live in a dry climate and the weather is getting cooler. The richer the product, the happier my skin is |

I not only have Rose D'Orient but I have the Angelique which will become more of a wintertime product for me. I use the Ylang Ylang during the day and the Angelique at night. The Rose D'Orient I use when I'm flushing or getting a flu as it's very soothing. For someone in the North you can't go wrong with the Angelique. |
