I know we're always posting about ways to eat healthier, but I thought it might be fun to talk about our favorite indulgences. Baked goods and desserts are my downfall. Lately, I've been seriously digging into ice cream. I even did my own mini experiment-- Ben and Jerry's vs. Haagen-dazs (the particular flavor in question was chocolate chip cookie dough, and the latter was the winner, with the former having too large of a cookie dough chunk and the ice cream having a weird 'grit' to it).
I just tried the Haagen-dazs Mayan chocolate-- talk about decadent. It has a slight taste of cinnamon and a thick, fudge swirl going through it. One bite and I was in ectasy. However, Caramel Cone is still the front runner in my favorites list. Though I am a sucker for Homemade Cookies and Cream.
I also like to bake-- I make a mean key lime pie and some yummy chewy chocolate butter cookies.
Oh geez. My sweet tooth is throbbing!

| With me, I may have a sweet tooth every now and then, but for some reason my downfall is in savory dishes. Like tonight I'm aching for a bowl of nice warm chili, or some nice thai curry *drools* |

I just made TWO huge pots of chili last night so I can freeze a bunch! It's too bad I can't send you a bowl. 
My downfall is coffee and chocolate. I think if I give up coffee, it will kickstart me into loosing weight. Funny thing is, I only have one cup a day (sometimes two) but that's it! I'm so resistant to giving it up but I need to get some green tea in my day and I don't want it -- I want coffee! |

Ah, yes, savory. For me, it's big plates of pasta with some kind of cream sauce... Thank god I have a good metabolism. |

some yummy chewy chocolate butter cookies.
Just reading this makes me want to head to the nearest bakery...Yum! What's your recipe? I have difficulties achieving chewy. So far, the best trick has been to add oil or maple syrup.... |

I made a huge pot of chili last night and was it goooooood! Somehow I ended up making like a huge pot so now I have food for like a week!
Today I'm cravin' .....tofu?  LOL |

Mine definetly range from day to day. Sometimes I want savory and salty, and other days I want sweet and fruity. For my savory days, I seem to crave Chipotle, cheese, greesy food such as Mcdonalds  , and chili with A LOT of cheese yuummm!!!For the sweet days, I love melons/ berries, icecream, chocolate, ETC. mmm..... 
I think today is a savory day for me, and I could really use some chili (my SO's mother makes the best chili!!!) or some chipotle.
Yes, not too healthy, but quite filling  . |

Dear rosebud, You sure DO KNOW how to enjoy life! I can smell the aroma as I type !! My weakness is in breads, pasta and cheesey desserts .... trying to indulge in moderation if I can though  and last but not least ... MOVENPICK ICE-CREAM esp. Classic Chocolate (with yummy chocolate chips) & the Grand Mariner flavor !! |
