Went to sleep last night feeling something undescribable in my stomach and didn't think too much of it. Woke up this morning and just felt soooo tired and could not eat anything. Felt like I was going to throw up everything I eat Crying or Very sad Now I'm just misearable...Have 8:30 classes tomorrow morning. How will I live??? My housemate got the stomach flu 2 days ago and I think she transmitted her miseary to me since we probably shared food at one time or another. Any advice? Poofy is feeling very down... Sad

Oh no, that's horrible. I find drinking some camomile tea or soup is the best thing for me.

Also (and I think I'm a little weird for this) but when my stomach is upset, I crave bread, particularly white bread (I make toast). I find this does wonders for me.

Hope you feel better!

Regular soda always soothes my stomach. I always eat plain soda crackers and a small glass of soda every so often. I hope you feel better soon!!

Me too! Crying or Very sad I've been home all day sick. I woke up around midnight sick and after about an hour and a half of getting the evil out of me, I laid in bed for another hour in my full bath robe socks and two blankets because I was freezing and couldn't get warm. Today my stomach feels much better but now I have a HORRIBLE headache and nothing is getting rid of it. This is the worst timing too because I have some big projects going on at work and I need all the time I can get on them. Being sick is the worst!
