I have just started using MD Formulations VITAPLUS Clearing Complex and have noticed that the skin on my fingers that I use to apply this have become very dry (sort of peeling). Do you think this could be an indication that this product may be too strong for my skin. My skin seems smoother, but the spots I have been applying this to, do not seem to be going. Infact, they keep filling up. Is this normal Would appreciate any feedback |

The product in general is effective but a bit drying - it has a high concentration of AHAs in it. Do you find that your face is getting dry when using this as well?
Btw, how long have you been using it? |

I have only been using this for about a week. (It was included in the kit that I am using prior to having my first peel next week). I must admit my skin was starting to feel dry and I have now stopped using it. I am using the continous renewal lotion both morning and evening instead, and the drying seems to be easing up. The spots are also starting to come to a head, so I think this complex was not helping. I do get so confused with what to use and what not to. I always think, that because my skin is oily, I need stronger stuff . Well, hopefully, things will start to improve after my peel. |
