I want to get rid of some of my acne marks. My skin does not break out anymore except at that time of the month.
Is it Vitamin C or E that is good for getting rid of those red marks? |

I have no clue. Do you mean topically or ingesting?
I've been alternating between using the Juice Beauty Green Apple Peel and the Neutrogena Acne Mark Fading Peel. |

Truth is Vana they should both help with it. I think that's why no-one's answered.
More people seem to use Vit C products than E though. You could get a serum with both. The synergy between the two Vits also boosts UV protection, whether it also ups other skin improvements I don't know. |

What about Skinceuticals C&E serum? However, I hear that vit E is quite pore clogging for oily skin. Also, you might also want to spot treat with Diacneal which has both retinaldehyde and AHA. |

Vivant's C&E, called Spintrap is cheaper and not cloggy. Ystheal has vit E along with Retinaldehyde. |

If I recall correctly, Vitamin E was proved scientifically to be effective in fading scars but there is no such a prove for Vitamin C. |

Thanx for all the replies. I have heard long time ago that vitamin E is good for scars but some many on this forum are talking about vitamin C serum. My skin is acne prone so I need something that will not break me out more. I really want to try and get rid of my acne marks. I am using Neutrogene Ance Mark fade, and it's helping me slowly, but I also wanted to add something to my daily routine. |
