| I am losing weight (yes!!) but have concerns about stretch marks and loose skin. Anyone using anything while losing weight that is working? |

Hi Jenpre:
This is a good topic. I just lost 20 lbs. (weighed in last night) and 17 inches in 9 weeks (50 lbs. more to go!). I have been using Shea Butter on my stomach and breast area. I lost about 70 lbs. back in 1997 and didn't get any stretch marks (but I was also 30 years old then). Anyone else have any good products for the skin during weight loss? |

Yes, do the dry brushing, and also keep up with your water intake. It's important to keep the skin hydrated. Dry brushing is excellent for the skin.  |

| I used dry brushing under my neck using a baby brush (soft) I should get back to it. I also think that the low strength AHAs (DDF 12.5% glycolic for example) are great for keeping skin tight and also removing age spots. |
