Anyone try zetapill for weight loss. I forgot which forum I was on and saw the people who had success with it. I have been exercising and watching what I eat, but just want that extra ummmffff to get started. Let me know if you have tried it.

speaking of diet pills, I just had a pharmacology class analyzing drugs. Diet pills are NOT worth it: the adverse effects, the toll it has on the body, and the small amount you actually lose. Just exercise and eat healthy! No adverse effects to that Laughing

I totally agree! You won't see results with diet pills unless you either eat less, or eat less and exercize (any combo of having a caloric deficit of 500 per day) and the extra weight that may go is very mininal. The best way I have found to lose weight is by eating a low calorie, 1200-1300, high protien, high veggie, dairy free diet while weight lifting Smile I lost about 4 pounds per week by doing this and the weight has stayed off! Good luck!
