I have oily acne prone skin. I have blushes from Anna Sui, Tarte, and Benefit. I either got breakouts or clogged pores everytime I use them. Can anyone recommend a blush (creme/powder) that won't cause breakout? Thanks. |

I love Nars blush in Orgasm. I have a similar skin type and haven't experienced any troubles. However, I've honestly never found any kind of blush to cause problems for me, so your skin may be more sensitive than mine. Maybe you could try a blush from a mineral makeup company, like Alima. It might have less preservatives and be less irritating to your skin. |

Perhaps you could look at pressed mineral blushes. Jane Iredale makes some lovely shades. |

I have oily skin and am breakout prone, and I use Everday Minerals blush is Siesta (similar to Orgasm from Nars). I've had no problems.
They have many other colors that are great as well. |

EM's Siesta and Alima's Guava are mineral versions of NARS Orgasm. They're beautiful, no breakouts, and last all day. |

Another NARS fan here, for Amour. I like that I barely need to use any of this color and I get a natural look. |

I recently purchased Nars blush in Orgasm to see what all the hubbub was about. It's nice, nice packaging, etc. But I held up my Rimmel blush in Santa Rosa next to it-- man, if it isn't the exact same color. The only difference is the Nars is more finely milled and has a bit more gold in it. So I'll recommend both, like one of those magazine things. Splurge: Nars, Steal: Rimmel. |

Another vote for NARS Orgasm. It goes on nicely and smoothly. |

Love NARs too!
But also recommend Benetint from Benefit, which is my all-time favourite. It gives a natural glow, looks like you just went out from gym. Because of its watery texture, it seems to stay longer than powdery ones. |

I have oily acne prone skin myself and I love MAC blush in BLUNT. I have used that for years. (Just dropped it last night by the way, time for a new one) and I have just tried Laura Mercier blush and that seems to work with my skin also. |

Carmen - by creme/powder do you mean "cream or powder blush" or specifically the "cream to powder" blushes? I've had no problems with Armani or Nars cream to powder blushes though I think if you're having these problems then a powder blush might be best. Pout is very good in that department (and it stays put) but I also love a really *really* cheap blush - just the Jane blushes. I think they're a few bucks but they're great! |

My favorite is Revlon Cream Blush. I use it specificaly because I know it does not clog my pores. I seem to get clogged pores from blushes containing talc or mica as main ingredients, that's why I stick to the cream blush. Plus it has awesome staying power and has lots of good-for-your-skin ingredients like Green Tea, Ginkgo Biloba, and panax Ginseng. (and it's cheap). I apply it with a brush and get a very natural effect. |
