Vitamin B complex, especially when combined with Vitamin B6. Both are readily available. |

I think most of the B-group of vitamins is meant to be good for stress (well, they get depleted when you're stressed actually hence why it helps to take the supplement). I"m with Katee - get a B vitamin complex. |

I recommend a B Complex also. I'm currently taking the B6 Complex by Thorne. |

Thanks so much for answering! I couldn't remember if it was a grouping of them that is best or one in particular. I will look for a B complex with B6 in it. |

I have quite serious PMT and heard that B complex with B6 could help. Any comment? |
