Tell me what you think of this product for me -- pale skin with yellow undertones, brown hair, brown eyes, and not one for dramatic makeup. Can I pull of this color? |

Definitely yes. It's very sheer with one layer and gets deeper after more layers, so try it out a bit at a time to see if you like it. I usually don't wear makeup and this was my favorite color for a long time. I used 2 tubes of it and got lots of compliments. |

I use the black honey gel blush very lightly then add my Nars Orgasm and it's very nice. I'm a fair/med yellow based brunette with blue eyes and it works very well for me. I've been wanting to try the lip gloss. |

I'm on my third tube. I always have this in my makeup box. It is sheer or can be layered for a darker look. If you apply clear gloss on top of your lips it has a great depth to it. I have used this lipstick very lightly on the apple of my cheeks. Other women at work have asked me what the colour of my lipstick is.
Another colour similar to this in gloss form (apart from the black honey gloss) is Bobby Brown gloss in 'Aubergine'. The colour is great but the applicator and tube are not the greatest. Received tons of compliments on the colour. |

I got black honey due to all the raves. Unfortunately the color was very unflattering for me It made my lip color look darker, in a brownish tinge. I do have fairly pigmented lips though. I don't wear makeup so I normally just apply some sort of lip gloss or lip stain in a YLBB shade. The search continues... |

I just got this today. I got this and Clinique SCB40 to qualify for the GWP.
I am quite pale (usually the lightest ivory shade in makeup) with pink undertones. This is very sheer on. Looks like a lip stain almost but feels nice like I have a lip balm on. I think this would work well for most light and medium skin colours.
Edit to add: GWP is at Sears Canada. |

Thanks for posting about your Clinique shade -- before I switched to MMU, I wore Ivory in the balanced base, so that gives me a good basis. I am going to pick this up the next time I'm in the mall. Sounds like it's definitely worth trying! |
