Just wanted to send a short note to let you know that I recently placed my 3rd order with EDS.
My order was sent on the Thursday, 26th October and I received my parcel today, Monday, 30th October. How fantastic is that - and not once have I had to pay any custom charges .
Lucky me - I hope I haven't jinked it .

I can't agree more with EDS's customer service.
When I got my last order I was sent the wrong free gift. It was completely something else and I did not use that type of product. I emailed them and did not hear from EDS for a few days and then lo and behold a package mysteriously arrived and it's the free gift that was sent wrong or left out from my order
Considering that I live in Australia and the gift was sent by airmail during this mad season - that's really first class service. |

I couldn't agree more.
Today I got my 2nd order from EDS and they included free samples from Valmont and Dermologica. All of the products they send me worked wonderfully.

I have had packages go astray from major bookstores and pharmacies this christmas, but the EDS packages just zip straight through to my front door.

I have to tell you that I've had some "miraculous" EDS parcels in the past that have got to me (to Australia) in 3 to 4 business days from the date I ordered. I have no idea how that was possible! In "normal" circumstances my EDS parcels usually arrive in about a week and I love getting the samples and gifties! |

I did have one package from EDS go astray recently, and they were great about sorting it out for me - their customer service is really excellent! |

I agree. I just won the $50 gift certificate and made my first order with EDS. However they only subtracted $34.00 instead of the $50. I contacted them and in less than an hour they had changed the billed amount to my account to $0.00 (my order was less than $50.00) and gave me another vouchure for the remaining balance (7.09-ih). I was very impressed. |
