For years I haven't been able to use anything but vaseline on my lips because they would react to every lip product I would try...I don't know what is in lip balms, but they all seem to make my lips itch and burn and flare up my eczema, not a very pretty site I might add!
Lo and behold someone FINALLY made a lipbalm for us sensitive lipped people ...its called BLISTEX GENTLE SENSE and it delivers! I've been using it daily for about a week now and I'm happy to say it hasn't broke me out even once and my lips are so wonderfully smooth and hydrated! I threw out the package it came in, but I'm sure I read that it has all natural ingredients like jojoba etc... and its hypoallergenic and fragrance free (which I love btw)! For those looking for an spf in their lipbalm, this doesn't have one, since I'm sensitive to spf in many products I'm happy that it doesn't!
So if you have sensitive lips, give this a whirl, you will not be disappointed...I swear! |

Hi Moosette. It sounds wonderful! I am always looking for a good lip balm myself.
Found the ingredients on drugstore.com :
Petroleum, Theobroma Cacao (Coco) Seed Butter, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Hydroxystearic Acid, Phenoxyethanol
It has petroleum, which I don't mind since I also use Dr. Rosebud's lip balm and plain vaseline. Seems to be the only thing keeping my lips from cracking lately. Thanks for the review, I will be picking this up soon, only about $2! |

horris...If you mean keihl's, Sorry, but I've never used it, so I can't compare the two, but I imagine the blistex one is alot cheaper! |

I have the Kiehl's Lip Balm #2. I got it because a lot of people seem to love it and I'm always trying new lip stuff, but I really don't like this product. It's basically just Vaseline with some other things; it smells like it too. |

I'm using Z. Bigatti Lip Balm at the moment and like it. I'll try this one in the future. |
