Having tried Crest White Strips a couple of times, I noticed they whitened my teeth, but they didn't stay white very long - maybe 2 weeks at most. Of course all my bad habits didn't help (smoking, coffee, red wine!). I finally caved and had the dentist make up "trays" and bought the kit. You have to wear them nightly for 2 weeks, then touch up every couple of months (or more frequently if needed). Despite the bad habits mentioned above, I'm very pleased with the results. The cost was around Cdn $300, but the syringes will last about a year. If you want a real cheap alternative try CareKate's solution - "Otix Ear Drops". For just a few $'s these really do work too  |
