Yes, I bought it and tried it. Here is my review...
It is just like vasaline but maybe thicker when you look at it and touch it; but when it warms up to your skin, it basically just melts. There is no smell that I can remember. I would not use this if you have acne. This is good as a foot cream, or apply onto your hair before you wash it. I think celebrities like it because when they go swimming in salt water, they don't want their processed hair to get more dry. So they probably apply this to their dry hair so that when it does get wet from the salty water, there is less damage.
I do apply it on my lips and it does melt very quickly due to the warmth of your skin. Personally, I feel that Rosebud feels more slicker and the touch of light colour looks more natural.
I forgot what was the second ingredient but it is a pore clogger! I was quite disappointed that the Royal Jelly was mainly at the bottom of the list. |

It's great for an all-round emergency fix-it. I've used it on sunburn, rashes, dry heels, dry hair, cuticles, after hair removal. I've also used it on my face when my skin has felt very dry.
Vitamin E Oil is supposed to be good for acne scarring. |

I've been using Egyptian Magic for several months now and whilst it moisturises my face and does not break me out, I didnt help it effective for my acne scars and bug bites.
I did use it as a lip balm for several weeks, but somehow I find it really drying.
So, if you just want a plain all rounder moisturiser, you could give EM a try. Its expensive but considering the huge tub you get, its good value for money. |
