Because I am! As some of you may know I'm off travelling for 3 months from Friday and I'm kind of making a (very early) new years resolution to have a real sort out of skin care and make up when I return. My list so far consists of:
Mineral Makeup and brushes - I've had a few sample packs from Everyday Minerals and will purchase a full size kit with brushes and (if it's out by then) the makeup bag to match
Clarisonic Brush - sounds like a great gadget to clean out pores
Jan Marini Eyelash - I have fairly long lashes, but I guess they can never be too long?!
Carekates Eyelash Serum - say no more!
1000 Hour Eyelash/Brow Tint - I'm sure I could learn to do this myself instead of going to a salon and paying to have it done. The blue/black sounds great for lashes
Ice Elements - emailed Brenda and she's recommended a regime for me
Diorshow Mascara - for knockout lashes (allegedly!)
My list is actually quite long, and I'm sure there are other items that I can't think of right now. Anyone else keeping a wish list?![/b] |

I have a MAJOR wish list. I have sections color coded by type of product (hair, mascara, skincare), then I have the name, testimonials, store, etc.
The hot "need to find it now" items are highlighted. Anything I've purchased is grayed out and HG items are highlighted in a different color.
It's the only way I can keep track of what I like and want.
For Kerastase, I have a long list of products and different online stores. Some of the stuff I use isn't sold in the U.S. and if an int'l store can ship - it's always MUCH cheaper than U.S. prices. |

Me, too! It's the only way I can keep track of what I'm doing/planning/wish to buy, etc. I keep everything and I mean EVERYTHING in Microsoft One Note - it's not perfect but cool enough to organize all the information much better than a Word document. Here's my current list:
-Kevin Aucoin brow pencil
-Chanel Blanc Universal (summer primer)
-Chanel Base Lumiere (winter primer) - ordered
-Clarins/ Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch/ Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch - ordered
-UGloGirl samples - ordered
-Diorshow mascara - ordered
-Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes mascara - ordered
Whew! I'm on a primer kick of late and looking for my holy grail. |

I think my new year's resolution is to STOP myself from buying all this stuff. Since finding EDS I've been buying loads of stuff every month be it skincare or makeup. I think I have got to cut down and stop myself. |

So you don't just keep it all in your head like I do? No wonder I can't remember where I put my keys!
Ok, I'm officially going to start a list like yours Rjez! Scally, I got One Note about 5 months or so ago, but when I went online to Microsoft to update it, it messed up the entire program AND my computer! So I had to remove it. What version do you have? |

Ooo scalawaggirl~Please let me know how the UGloGirl samples work for you, Im using Alima samples right now but Im curious about this brand...plus their website makes my brain melt so the least amount of time I have to spend on there the better!
P.S. I'd also like to hear your thoughts on the Chanel primers too!
Also when I get a chance I need to catch you up on my current routine(Thanks SO much for your help/guidance/input on that! )as my skin is looking *very* lovely at the moment! |

MermaidGirl, it's 2003 SP2. Those darned auto updates have broken things for me, as well. What a double edged sword.

Vonstella, I will absolutely let you know how the UGloGirl samples work out. I'm really hoping they are less glow than True (just a tad) and the right color as I'm a bit pooped from mixing. I should also have the Chanel primers soon so I'll write a review on these and let you know what I think.
Regarding your skin care care routine, YAY! I am so glad to hear that it's looking fab! I made a recent change to mine that, from the looks of things, is going to be a BIG impact. Hah, after all of my changes/updates, you probably don't believe me. I will be keeping an eye on that and report back (haven't given up on my CPs, no way). |

I've found that keeping a list helps me from buying RIGHT NOW. I'm an impulse buyer, so I constantly have to remind myself that the products will always be there...I don't need it TODAY...etc etc etc.
Since I'm almost out of cleanser, I have the Ice Elements gel cleanser on the way to me now, as well as the ZenB Oxytoner. I think my next purchase will be the Murad eye cream (I'd love to find a good eye cream with SPF).
My To Try list:
Cleansers:
Yon-Ka
Decleor
Jurlique Foaming
Primavera Gentle Cleansing Fluid (SaffronRouge)
Primavera Refining Exfoliating Cleanser
Eyes:
Teamine Eye Cream (Revision)
PTR Power K Eye Rescue
Jurlique Eye Gel
Murad Vit C with SPF
Remergent Micro
Moisturizer:
Jurlique Herbal Recovery Gel
Makeup:
Dr H mascara
Body:
MD Formulations Vit A Spray

On my list:
Blinc Kiss Me Mascara (currently in my Sephora cart because I have a gift cert to use)
Urban Decay Primer Potion (ditto as above)
Jonathan Product Dirt Texturizing Paste (ditto!)
Fresh Sugar Lip Balm (again...see above)
Jurlique Lavender Silk Dust (waiting like a good girl until my EM finishing dust is almost out...then I will order this)
Trying to decide between Jurlique Face Wash Cream and Caudalie Buffing Cream for exfoliation.
Ice Elements 2 Minute Mask (Sample on order).
Caudalie Beauty Elixir (small size sitting in EDS cart right now)
Best Bath Store Acne Treatment gel (samples on the way)
Just received:
Candessence bath soap in Pink Sugar and Arabian Sandalwood
Candessence Vitamin C serum 25%
Candessence Eye'll be seeing you (FABULOUS!)
Jurlique Calendula Cream...will review after I use it awhile...excited to try it! |

I adore the smell! I haven't been using mine recently because I've been straightening my hair, but it's fab on creating soft waves for me. |

I've been trying to convert myself to organic skincare for ages, but only failed attempts so far. I'm not sure why exactly...maybe they're just so hard to get a hold of here in Thailand (except for Jurlique). My wish list is never ending and it only seems to get longer the more time I spend on EDS forum
Cle de Peau La Creme
Cosme Decorte Cream Meliority
Remergent DNA Repair Formula
The Organic Pharmacy Rose Facial Wash
Valmont L Elixir Des Glacier Face Cream
Valmont L Elixir Des Glacier Eye Cream
Candessence DMAE
Valmont Renewing Pack
Karin Herzog Cleansing Milk
Shu Uemura makeup brushes
Clarisonic Face Brush
Amore Pacific Time Response Eye Renewal Cream
Eve Lom Cleanser
Cellcosmet Eye Contour Cream
I'm sure there are more on my list... |

Ice Elements (after reading all the great reviews on here I've decided to try some of the products). I have the sample kit on order and the eye serum and Souffle, but if I like them, I'd like to try some of the other products.
Colorescience Sunforgettable Brush SPF30
A good sunscreen - haven't narrowed my choices down
Remergent - Microcirculation Therapy and possibly the DNA Repair
I'm sure I'm forgetting some! |

Ormonde Jayne Fragrance: deciding between Ormonde Woman, Ta'if, or Champaca
Blinc Kiss Me Mascara in Purple (have the blue, love it)
CareKate Pearl Paste, Super Brightening Mask, Lash Serum
not too much this time around...wow! |

PT - Are you still wanting the Jonathan "Dirt" texturing paste? I have jar that's at least 90% full that I decided I don't want/like any longer (this product doesn't work with my current haircut/style). I keep meaning to add it to my MUA Swap List, but haven't gotten around to it and I'd much rather give it to someone "I know" rather than some anonymous person on MUA. If you want it, just reimburse me for S&H and it's yours -- PM me to work out the details. |
