I haven't seen this but I would rather sit in a sauna and watch TV.

A couple of my friends used this one and it worked pretty well. One of them lost two inches on her waist.

I don't think the IR saunas -or creams, treatments etc for that matter- can remove the cellulite either.

However, if a combination of eating healthy, drinking water, supps, working out, sauna and creams can remove or improve the APPEARANCE of cellulite ... hell, i'd go for it!

Now if I only could get my ass in gear and actually DO all that Laughing

I really don't have a problem with cellulite. I definitely don't completely like the texture of my thighs and buttocks. I ordered Skin Actives cellulite cream and it really makes my skin feel so much firmer and I can feel and see the difference in the texture of my skin (it looks and feels smoother and firmer). The smell of the cellulite cream is not the best, but no one else could smell it on me. A little goes a long way. Very happy with this product!

I have been using the Nivea Good-Bye cellulite for about a month. It makes the skin feel really smooth but I am not seeing any reduction in the appearance of cellulite. I am going to finish the tube and hope for the best. I figured it was worth a try for $10.00. I have not been using it with the patches sold by Nivea that they encourage you to use with the gel. They don't say you have to use them together and I thought the patches were expensive and were too small to adequately treat the thighs.

hi i'm not sure and i dun think FIR sauna will remove your cellulites but i have these marks on my bum and it makes me miserable at times..how's everyone going with their portable saunas, does it reduce the signs of them? it's impossible to remove once you get the marks yea? =/ but i still wanna try just for good circulation..btw, just out of curiosity, if you happen to burn all these 'fats' in sauna, would it affect the size of your chest coz i'm quite skinny as it is, i just wanna remove the lumpy looking skin from water retention, please help!!

Hi, I am interested in purchasing one of the gold infrared portable saunas. Can someone let me know a good reliable site to buy it from? The links in this thread at outdated.

Thanks!

I tried Ionithermie at a spa once. It's supposed to reduce cellulite and did take quite a few inches off after 1 treatment.

Hi all,

What a fantastic thread. Has anyone used Revitol Cellulite cream? I have seen it quoted as the number one anti cellulite cream online.
