Are they *that* good? Are they that different from other HSN (funny, that's where they're sold! Laughing) formulas out there? Seems like there are so many HSN formulas out there, I'm skeptical about these particular supplements. HSN.com had a screamin' deal on them last night and I still didn't order, although I was tempted.

The one I take consistently are his hair and nail vits. They have helped my hair recover from loss from anesthesia on two separate occassions.

They are good, and he has sold them long before the rest of the world went nuts on them, years and years before. I've taken them for years, when I remember, they helped my hair when I had 3 allergic reactions back to back and hair was coming out at an alarming pace.

Has anyone broken out from the biotin or MSM in them? When I took biotin and MSM separately, I seemed to have more zits and cystic acne. Thatalone is holding me back. I may just try the puny bottle to see if I have the same reaction to his formula also.

wish I could help you there, but I don't break out, well maybe the once a yr hormonal one, but that would be it, otherwise I can attest to there being good.

I take his older formula (2,500 mcg of Biotin). I noticed that within 2 weeks my soft split nails were rock hard. Can't say I noticed anything for my hair though.

I had compared to the GNC version (on sale at drugstore.com) and they had the same amount of Biotin. MSM was higher in Lessman. Then they both had differences in vitamins, minerals, some herb stuff.

Since GNC is on sale, I'm going to try that next.
