Has anyone tried any of the Valmont cleansers? I'm curious...I know fans of the creams (which I totally can't afford ) but maybe I can live vicariously through a cleanser...haha
There are barely any reviews of anything Valmont on MUA. So I'm just wondering if anyone on EDS has had experience with them.
I'm combo...prone to breakouts...and leaning towards the "Fresh Falls" cleanser.
TIA! |

I have been such a fan of the Cellcosmet cleansers that I have not actually purchased any Valmont cleansers yet however, I do have Vital Falls, Fresh Falls and Magic Falls in my shopping cart for next time. I am not a fan of cream cleansers but I have tried samples of both White Falls and Nature Cleansing with a Milk and actually liked both of them. I just wish I was a milk/cream cleanser person as those two products are really lovely. I rinsed both of them off with water and my skin was not left a bit greasy, it felt just like I had used a gel cleanser. |

I have some samples of the Magic Falls and White Falls. Have not tried the MF yet because it can't be used on or around the eyes (I like using water when I wash but maybe I'll try it and just wipe off with a cotton pad).
I like the White Falls a lot. I started using it just for removing eye make-up and it works so well and so quickly that I haven't wanted to waste the sample on my face! I have a couple of samples in tubes and one in a tiny bottle - that's the one I've been using and I just dip a Q-tip in and cover it with the WF and use that to remove my eyeliner and mascara (rarely wear e/s).
I have often wished it wasn't so expensive <sigh> Oh, I just looked at the ingredient list for it here on EDS and it has cornstarch, which is a problem for some people. I haven't noticed any problems but it's something I've been trying to avoid.
Bushy, you reminded me I have a sample of the Vital Falls (the toner) also, I will have to try it.
ParisTroika, maybe you can ask for a sample with your next EDS order. Also, if you do buy any Valmont products, sometimes they have a Discovery Kit as a GWP which is a bunch of sample-sized products in little bottles and pots. I noticed EDS was offering it here over the summer. |
