| Yes ive used the factor A mask and moisturiuser i think its about 1 to 2 % retinol. i think its very powerful as it is real retinol and not the palmitate |

I bought this product a few months ago (Factor A serum) and used it one every couple of days in the beginnning- my skin looked great! It lookes smoother and brighter. Then I started using it daily and now I see that I have started to get small bumps on my face. These bumps look like acne about to surface but they don't until months later. So I stopped using it but the bumps are still here. I am not 100% sure that this product is causing the bumps, but I tried it again a few nights ago and I woke up with about 3 new bumps.
It has worked great for others though- take a look at the reviews on makeup alley.com.
Also i use a few other JM products that I love, like the acne gel and the bioclear cream. |
