Like an idiot I just read the sticky on the Products Review Forum .. uh, like doing a search before starting a new thread (vs 3 current threads on the same product!)

Anyway, it got me thinking about other "functional" requests to the EDS site. We already have the 'request for product lines'.

What I'd love to see:

1. A date on the "new products" link at the bottom. I had no idea EDS started carrying Revitalash. I guess I'm just not clear how often that's updated but if I saw a date, it might make me check there more often.

2. The thing that drives me nuts is the way products are divided by type when you select a brand on EDS. Sorry but it drives me nuts because sometimes I want to see the entire line. Or, I may not be sure what "type" of product it is. For example, one day I was interested in Jurlique's Lemon Lime Hydrating Concentrate. I checked under Toners, then Aromatherapy, then finally found it under Moisturizer. Yes, I could do a search, but I wanted to see the entire "series".

I'm not commplaining - I'm just thinking of different preferences that might make using the website a little easier.

I know what you mean about wanting to see "all the products at once". The Canadian Shopping Channel recently changed their website and now I can't view all products of my favourite lines at once. I find it really time consuming to click through the various categories.

We add new products daily so the date next to the link will not help much in that case. We will try to display batches of newest products somewhere in the footer of the forum interchangeably with Free Forum Gifts for example.

We have that "Quick Order" button in lower right corner of each page with a products but I think that it is not really intuitive place for it and it is not used by many people.

We are working on better classes for the lines and better search function including classification for skin types, ingredients, skin conditions etc. We should be ready with this by the end of the year.

Hi Magda,

Thank you so much for explaining everything.

Another thing I thought of ... how about a "Wish List"? I *love* the fact that items in my shopping cart stay there, but a 'wish list' would be a great place to quickly list items I want to go back and review.

Can't wait to see a search feature for specific skin conditions .... awesome!
