I've been noticing these tiny miniature type of bumps around my neck. Though i never had acne around my neck or anywhere in my body, For the past two years i've been dealing with severe to mild acne which i used to always get rid of after a hot shower but now it has gotten really noticeable. But, what i can't explain is the tiny miniature size bumps that are noticeable when i'm in a room with bright lights also i can notice some around my face especially the surrounding areas of the lips.
But my real question is if anyone knows the meaning of miniature size bumps that doesn't look like it's going to turn into acne |

Have you changed your skincare products? If not, maybe your skin is changing... with age?
Are you exfoliating regularly? Maybe your moisterizer has an ingredient that is pre clogging.
I hope this helps |

It could be milia.
I would suggest that you use a mild exfoliation 3 times a week, if you are not already, and also use an AHA...
I use a timed released AHA that I really like from Ice Elements that works well with sensitive skin, if that is a concern for you.
Another thing that you may want to consider if you are already using an exfoliant and an AHA is to use a microdermabrasion cloth or home system, being careful not to be too aggressive.
Take care.
