What about using a DIY sugar scrub made with brown sugar, olive oil and whatever else you want to throw in...
For after the shower or bath maybe some sesame oil...
Take care.

I agree with john-gold bond is a staple for me. I have really dry skin and nothing has ever really helped only kept the itching at bay. If I skip applying it for a couple of days my skin it still hydrated enough not to itch or flake. Amazing product. |

I think you want GOLD BOND not JOHN-GOLD. John is the name of a forum member not the product! |

Yes, I think the whole name of the product is:
Gold Bond Ultimate Healing Lotion
Look for "Jojoba Esters" and "Hydrolyzed Jojoba Esters" in the ingredients list, and you will have found the right product.

I just started using the REN Rose body cream, and can't say enough good things about this product! It's hydrating enough for winter skin and yet not greasy - and smells divine! This will be a definite repurchase for me. |

I highly recommend Dermalogica Intensive Moisture Balance cream. My skin has been so dehydrated due to cold weather and winds, but this cream has brought it to life in a couple of days. |

I use a body lotion called Renew. It is wonderful and has tea tree oil in it. In addition to keeping the my skin smooth and healthy, using this cream has actually kept the skin on my feet and heels in great shape. I had a dry skin spot on my foot for years -- this cream has made it go away. |

I've been using this at night on my dry spots. It seems to work wonders on my heals. I don't care for the squeezy tube. I'm getting low, and it's hard to squeeze out. I might not buy it again-- I like something with a little more scent to it.
I love Philosophy lotions-- I've repurchased the Falling in Love body lotion. It's sort of expensive ($34 for 16 oz) but it last me several months, and is very moisturizing. I think the second or third ingredient is macadamia nut oil, and it also has olive oil, sweet almond, avocado. But it still manages to be very light, and it smells wonderful. They make it in Amazing grace, Pure grace, and Baby grace as well. |

I find its best to stay away from moisturizers with perfumes in them because they have caused me a rash when my skin is very irritated from extreme cold. (I guess Snowboarding might have a little something to do with that) I've gotten along with your basic cheap non-scented. Why pay a fortune? |

I just discovered Weleda Skin Food and I'm in LOVE with it! You can use it on face and body. I did a review on it today. |

Weleda Rose Oil. A little expensive but extremely effective - did I tell you how wonderful it smells? I'm worth it! |

Try adding some emu oil to any basic body moisturiser. I put in other stuff as well, but added emu is great if your skin is dry. You'll probably need to shake every time before use. |

I really love Curel as well, but I like the original version (I find the extreme takes a little while longer to sink in than the regular). I'm a little annoyed at them though as (I believe it was this year) they repackaged by making the containers smaller and raised the price! Although I love it enough that I will continue to buy it; I'll just make sure when I do it's on sale. I've used this for years though and always come back to it. Great product! |

Body Shop Body Butters in Shea. However, they have reform'd and it is not quite the same but close enough for me. |
