Yes got the book about a year ago, there are some good tips most I knew but had forgotten. Using the Almond Oil for cleansing the eyes hasn't suited my eyes a bit heavy, but then I have very light (transparent) think skin under my eyes....nice little book for a gift tho... |

19. To keep the skin around the jawline clear of spots, pinch and draw the jawline in the direction of your earlobe, where there is a lymph gland waiting to filter out toxins - do this exercise two or three times a day until the skin is improved, then once a week to keep skin clear.
uh... I should have been doing this one last week, I have a big lump on the right side of my jaw right now.. |

I watched a TV series with Bharti Vyas years ago, and got some really good tips. I use almond oil to deep condition my hair (leave it on overnight, but use an old pillow case), it's brilliant! |

1. To cleanse your nose properly, you need to cover the sides, stem, grooves and tip. If the skin on your nose is oily or congested, wrap a flannel around your index finger, lubricate it with a mild soap, oatmeal scrub or a mild commercial exfoliant and, using small circular movements, go over the entire nose twice.
ok, this is pretty gross but my mother in law told me that i have a "dirty and plugged" nose because i'm always sneezing and my nose is always congested (due to allergies)
she told me to clean my nose which i thought was pretty weird but hey, i aim to please (browny points ) and i want to breathe at night so i've been doing this every night and guess what. it really has helped.
btw, i use a saline spray, not oatmeal. |

Great tips - I use an Ayuvedic hair oil before shampooing sometimes - it is good. |
