Actually, my understanding is that all that's necessary is a couple of days.... |

I think it depends on how your skin reacted to the Retinoids...I needed about a week 1/2 before I could wax again. Maybe you should do a little test patch first? |

I'm on Tazorac, and I had a careless waxer wax off my whole upper lip, so you have to careful. However, I found a VERY experienced waxer who used wax that was kept at a very low temperature and waxed me very gently, and I had NO problem, so, I think if you can find an experienced waxer (who will also do a patch test, just to make sure), you should be fine. |

I've been using Retin A for a while -- haven't had a problem having my eyebrows waxed so long as I stopped usint the Retin A a couple of days beforehand. Unfortunately, I did just get burned the other day for the first time; I only stopped my use the day before (and I went to a new person, so I'm not sure whether that made a difference). It hurt! So be cautious (the test patch is a good idea), but I think 2-3 days is fine. |

it seems like threading would solve the problem of having to quit retinoids/retinal (sorry i am no too familiar yet with the differences) before hair removal. |
