One day I was looking at the plastic pill containers and it struck me ... what a great and inexpensive way to hold all my loose eyeshadows. I have a ton in small jars - all those sample purchases.
Plastic pill containers now come in various shapes and sizes. I bought a few that are circular, the size of a compact. I now have the shadows organized by color and the container is still translucent enough to see which color tones are in each container. There's also room to write the e/s name with a sharpie.
I also saw a stacked pill container. 7 round "jars" stacked up that screw together into one unit (I've seen similar for lip glosses).
They also have triple sized pill containers that hold 60 aspirins per slot, and 28 container boxes.
Oh yeah, and they're $2-$3 per case at the drugstore. |
