Has anyone had any success with endermologie? If so, how many treatments did it take and did you do anything in conjunction with the treatments. I have had 18 treatments so far (which is the recommended number) but see no results whatsoever. |

I went to a plastic surgeon's office for endermologie treatments. I completed a series of 3x week for 12 weeks, and the treatments were given by a registered nurse. I did not see any results either. I tried, but didn't always succeed, in drinking the 1 gallon of water/day and brisk walking, in conjunction with endermologie, but still no results. Very disappointing and waste of money. For me, I think regular aerobic exercise and weight training provide better results. |

Wow - you had 36 treatments? My endermologist was shocked at that too saying there's nothing in the manuals that calls for more than 18. Did they do more because you weren't responding? That's why my girl is doing more. I don't think it matters how many she'll do, I don't think I'll get any results. It's not like I have had a slight improvement - - I have seen no improvement or change whatsoever! Pity, as they swore it would work. And it is expensive! |

I had some really big thighs
Actually, you are correct, in that I was't getting any results at all, so the nurse wanted to keep going. I did enjoy talking with the girls that worked in the office, and I was already going there for micropeels and microdermabrasion treatments. But, after 3 months of spending a lot of money and still didn't look like the ladies in the brochures, I stopped going.
Then, I joined a personal training gym, and began working out with a trainer 3x week. With the aerobics and weight training, I did go from a size 10 to size 4.
You will have to keep me posted on your progress and/or next adventure. I'm always up for trying something new. |
