I thought some skincare prices are insane!
Take a look at this car wax. http://www.calcarcover.com/product.aspx?id=1636&cid=110
$1852 USD for a bunch of wax!! Well they will refill it for life but still......
If you don't want to spend that much they have one for "only" $486!!
BTW fortunatly DH does not want this stuff. If he is going to spend $1800 on his car there are plenty of other ways to do it! |

WOW! I would never pay that for wax. Most of the men I know don't even wax their own cars anymore, they just do it the lazy way and spray it on at the car wash! |

I guess I'm stuck in the old age. My SO and I still wax our cars by hand. But maybe I do that just because if my car goes through an automatic carwash, the paint doesnt look black, but grey. Its the many years of standing outside, and weather damage I guess. But I agree, $1800 is just a bit pricey!!! I feel bad having to buy some for $15, I can only imagine how I'd feel if I had to purchase this |

Good gawd girl, how do you stand doing it by hand. I've done it a few times and I swore my arm was going to fall off from all the 'wax on, wax off' motion . Have you tried waxing it with a buffer...soooooo much better. |

Ehh, your arm just starts to loose all that blood that should be there and it gets so tired, but you cant feel it since its numb, so what the heck right? lol, I'm just kidding . But really, it is a pain but it works out your arm muscles as a bonus =) Just got to do it quick and with a friend. One person gets one side and the other...you get my point. I dont know, I've used a buffer before but it seemed like I was putting just as much/ if not more effort into gliding that thing over the car and putting on 'just the right amount of pressure' for the thing to take off the wax and leave a nice shine. I guess its all preferance. Ofcourse, if I could sit back and watch someone do it for me, that would be even better |
