Can you just dab a bit of the EP on your spots everyday or until they are gone. Or must you use the compress method? |

you *can* dab, but the compress method is much more effective. also, if you have a really large one, you can soak a small bit of cotton and tape it to your face whilst you sleep. |

remember to do a test patch first! I tried the compression method and the YEP literally burnt my skin and I was left with a red square mark AROUND my pimple for at a week.
It was my fault though.. I probably left the compression on my face for too long...
Lesson learned..sometimes longer or more just isn't better.. |

The girl where I bought it seemed to think you could and I tried it by dabbing on some spots and it seemed to help. I wondered if it could be used as a maintenance thing when I feel a breakout coming on. |
