Ok, can anyone tell me exactly what the "press & roll" method is? I just got the Cleansing Cream after work and I don't think I did it correctly...
I remember reading that some of you got videos on the Dr. Hauschka website...?? Could you please post a link? |

It is a rather tedious technique to use on the entire face, but somehow gives very remarkable results compared to a 5 second rush of traditional rubbing.
For me, it is like a gliding press - once you apply pressure to the skin you lift it up while moving the finger tips around a small area of skin, like a lingering press. I think that is the best way I can explain it.
But don't get carried away and start moving in circular actions, that simply becomes "exfoliation". |
