What type of scar is it? Could you describe what it looks like? |

If it is an acne scar, I'd try a light glycolic treamtment and a Vitamin C serum. My husband used Vitamin C serums in combination with glycolic peels to lighten a couple of acne scars and it worked really well. |

On the expensive side, I've heard Radiesse injections (dermal filler from dermatologist) last for a few years & work on acne scars. |

I have tried many, juice beauty the green apple peel, netrogena post-acne peel, and clinique's post blemish. i think netrogena one is the best for me. |

I would absolutely recommend Epidermx II. It's a microdermabrasion scrub that you can buy atwww.greatnewskin.com. I had horrible acne scars covering my whole face, but after a week of using this product every day, I felt OK about going out in public without make up on. Now it's been more than 2 weeks and I've been getting so many compliments on my skin. Today I saw my esthetician who had last seen me about a month ago, and even she commented on how great my skin looks. I would also definitely recommend Chrysalyx, another product you can buy at greatnewskin.com. It has peptides in it which help rejuvenate the skin. HTH! |

oh wow, liz! I'm so happy for you! I've been following your acne prone skin problems closely since I have similar skin, it's great to hear things are getting much better for you. Those must be really great products! I bet you're thrilled, perfect timing for the holidays! |

Thanks so much, dealated! You're so sweet!! Yes, as you can imagine, it's such a relief. When my skin was lousy, I just felt like crying all the time, and I didn't want to see anyone. Now, though, I feel so happy, and I love going out and letting everyone see my clear skin!^-^ |

Time and again, the best treatment for acne scarring and pigmentation is exfoliation and nutrition. I prefer manual exfoliation, frequent but gentle. And I always try to supplement my skincare with high potency Vit C serums. |
