I've read amazing reviews for both of these products, but they seem to do similar things: both target pimples. I am looking for something that treats active pimples. Do you need to purchase both of these products? How do you choose which one to use when treating spots? TIA! |

Hi,
I don't think you need both products. You actually need one. Yonka Juvenil is very concentrated and use for target areas as spot treatment. It helps the acne heals faster. It is not wise to use Juvenil everywhere on the face because it might start purging your skin and end up with full face of acne...
Emulsion Pure is something that you can use all over the face. Some people mix it with moisturizer. Really depends on what you are looking for. I hope this helps. |

poofbabypenguin-- a while back i bought yonka juvenil for my little sister and she did use it as a spot treatment as well as mix it in with her moisturizer, it was either yonka 93 or 83, i forget which one exactly and she got great results. there was no purging for her. frankly, i don't understand purging as i have never experienced this from a product. sorry i cannot tell you much about emulsion pure. I don't think I would mix EP with my moisturizer - Juvenil is more for that but it made me purge too much - I have better luck with my Escents Acne Gel. Emulsion Pure is always on my repurchase though as it is more of a calming products - to reduce inflammation but it's not something you'd apply like normal acne gel, you use it only as a compress. Another member suggested that she uses it as a spot treatment but it's liquid like a toner so I'm not sure how effective it would be as a spot treatment in itself, I would honestly find it hard to apply that way and less effective as the compresses.
However, Yonka creams are one of my favorites and work very well with my skin - I LOVE my Yonka Cream 15 at night - really helps my acne. |

Yonka Juvenil did nothing for me!! I prefer using Lavender essential oil to treat acne. |
