i guess my question was directed towards the masks,
how often do you use them and before or after using the wash/toner |

For the masks and stream bath, cleanse your skin then steam your face with the steam bath. I would use the masks depending on my skin's needs after steaming, probably using the clay mask once per week and the rejuvinating mask as needed (maybe 2x per week) will do. |

Do these trial packages really give you a good idea how well Dr. H skincare regimen will work for you? |

thus far i have got a good idea(2 days, and now i plan on buying the wash, toner, and already bought the moisturizer
if you have never used the wash, it leaves your skin feeling like theres some residue or something still on it, i cant explain it but it feels thick even after 2 mins under the water. My first instinct was to use some soap to get it off for fear it would clog me up, but today i awoke with a healthy looking complexion, perhaps i finally found MY product. a hollistic approach |
