Have you noticed clearer skin and less hair shedding? Most notable for me is the reduced hair loss. Adding he B-complex is the most recent change I've made to my daily routine, so wondering if others have seen these things happen also with B-complex. |

Nope, I'm still losing hair (thinning hair runs in my mom's side...I'm doomed. )
I do have more energy and have been losing weight. I take the Multi-B#6 by Thorne. |

I added this about two weeks ago and my skin has been behaving (no new breakouts) but I don't know if it's still too early be able to point to the B-complex. If anyone has seen improvements, how long did it take? |

For me, it took 8-10 weeks to see these positive changes. |

I've been taking b vitamins for a few years now, and one thing I definitely noticed over time was increased energy. My hair has always been fairly thick, so cannot comment on the hair growth thing! |

I've been taking for about 2 weeks also, not sure if I can really tell yet, although I just got a pimple and the darn thing hasn't budged, maybe because I keep picking at it . As for the hairloss, I have a horses mane so I have no idea, but I shed like crazy nonetheless. |

My husband and I have been taking B-complex over 2 years, the most noticable difference is the reduced hair loss and increased energy. We can't live without B-complex.
Most multi-vitamins do not have enough dosage of B-complex, adding one B-complex 50mg is essential to our nutritional needs. |

I do notice that when I run out of it vit b and dont bother to replace it, after a while my skin deteriorates, and my nails too. I think it's very helpful for emotional balance , and nerves, too. |

I have been taking a natural B vitamin complex for several months, mainly as a supplement to improve protein absorption.
But aside from that, I have also noticed many interesting health benefits (I have been taking the protein and B complex alone for the entire time), the combination of supplements has been making my hair thicker (though I have used an ACV hair rinse to treat the issue of excessive hair loss) and my stress levels are definitely wayyyyyy better than when I first started. I have also noticed a major improvement in this syndrome called "cracked tonuge" which many people born in countries with soil mineral deficiencies seems to have.
And I second catski, taking these simple supplements sure does make my nails grow fast! I went through some horrible "health" diet stage a few years ago and totally depleted my mineral levels, and my nails were splitting every day, not to mention my hair and skin was so dull too. |

I have been taking B-complex for about 2.5 years. One thing I did notice that it does help coping with stress. |

I buy mine at a health food store. Do you mind posting which brand of 'natural' B complex you are taking? I've been buying Bluebonnet brand. |

I also have hereditary hair loss. It was made better by using a mix from Skin Active with KGF and Sea Kelp. I also added extra Niacimide and used Rogaine with added KGF and copper peptides. This along with a sulfur/Emu oil/peppermint treatment by Wendy here resulted in significant hair regrowth. |

Hi Sharky - How did you mix the Skin Actives KGF and Sea Kelp together? Did you use them with other products as well or just the two? Please advise. TIA! |

I have been using a multi B for years and notice a increase in energy and decrease in stress. Clearer skin and hair seems healthier. |

Hi Marci
I take the Nutriway (Nutrilite in America) B complex, it is made from some sort of concentrated yeast extract so it has high bioavailability.
I used to take the Swisse brand multivitamin which had around 20-30mg of EACH type of B group, meaning most of it would be flushed out through the urinary tract within 2-3 hours and turn your pee green. Definitely go fo something that has low quantities (but frequent dosage) of naturally sourced B vitamins. |

Thanks, miranets. I will look for that brand at Whole Foods, otherwise, I may try to buy it online. |

I tried some B pills to clear my skin but it hurt my stomach, the only thing that's worked for me is drinking a ton of tea and water and using the acne treatment gel from Best Bath Store |
