I am interested in this product and was wondering if anyone happens to know the ph? Is the consistency more like a light serum or a little heavier like a lotion?
Also, what is the difference between the lotion and the cream? I have oily skin and assumed the lotion would be the best choice, but on various websites I've looked at, both the lotion and the cream are recommended for oily skin.
Last question.....how do you obtain the EDS discount when ordering? I put something in my shopping cart, but didn't see that the discount appears anywhere.
Thank you! |

hello, you cannot combine your forum member discount with the holiday discount. here is a summary for combining discounts that tigertim wrote up and is accurate:

OK Kids, just to sum up, this is what we now know about discounts and gift certificates - taken from this post and also from earlier posts in which Magda discussed these things.
(1) Your membership discount will automatically be applied during check-out (provided your board and EDS account are registered with the same email address)
(2) If you have received a gift certificate (either from a friend or as an EDS prize) you CAN combine this with member discount, however you will have to have the adjustment done manually, post-purchase. The best way to do this is to order during EDS business hours when the "live chat" icon will be active. You can do the order and immediately give them the order number and have the adjustment made. What will happen is that the gift certificate will be deducted from the total purchase price and then forum discount applied to the remaining balance.
(3) You CANNOT use forum member discount to purchase a gift certificate however
(4) You CANNOT combine your forum member discount with any other discount offered by EDS
(5) Forum member discounts may not apply to some items that are on "special"
(6) The free shipping applies to orders valued at CAD200 before discounts are applied.
(7) The "gift with purchase" some brands offer (ie. free gloss with $50 purchase), in general, only applies if the purchase amount is achieved after applying forum discount.
There is no set rule for this, but for example, if your Decleor order (which as free gift if spending $15) comes say $145 after discount (original order $170) you will probably get your gift, but if your paid price is only around $127 (based on full-price order of $150) then you probably wont.
Does this help? Clear as mud?
I am tempted to put this summary as a seperate post to be "stickied" |

Thanks Skincareaddicted, problem solved!
Besides the fact that you can't get 2 discounts, I just realized that my email addresses were different on both accounts! |

It's a gel consistency and it is very strong! The most I use it is about 2x a week. It is a good exfoliant. |

Thanks Skincarefreak. I'll definitely order the Lotion than rather than the cream since I prefer gels with my oily skin. |
