I have been wanting to use Almond Meal on my skin because I've been reading recipes and posts, and some say it really has "lightened" their skin to where they have bought their foundation 1-2 shades lighter than what they usually used to wear.
Anyway, I do not want to mix the almond meal with any oils, I have acne, or with any creams or lotions, I want to mix it with something like yogurt/honey solution.
Do you think it's ok to use it like this? I saw a few recipes but I believe oils or creams are used in those recipes.
Where does one buy Almond Meal? I don't have a coffee grinder, either, or any kind of grinder or blender.
Thanks |

I believe that it is at most health fod grocery stores. That's so interesting that it has lightened skin! I know it's an ingredient in Dr. H's CC, was it this forum that the effect was reported? |

Thank you dealated.
Yes, it was this forum where I read that it had lightened facial skin by one or 2 foundation shades, but it was about a year ago or more that I read it, not sure exactly which post. But, I think it may have been in the posts that are included in the "DIY" recipes section, but I can't be sure.
I thought maybe you could get it at health food stores but I wasn't sure. Thanks. |

Has anyone tried just using Almond meal with yogurt and honey like a cleanser? I want to try it. |
