I've recently been washing my face at night with the Triple Lavender Face Foam from Naturderm. I love it and think I may have found my HG cleanser, but I traveled recently for the hoidays and the big bottle didn't fit into my bag, so I thought this would be a good time to try out the small bottle of Ice Elements Non-Foaming Gel Cleanser I had. Both DH and I used the IE Cleanser all week--- I used it at night, and DH used it twice a day. The result? Well, I liked the IE Cleanser well enough. It did a good job of removing my makeup, the smell was pleasant, and it didn't dry out my face too badly. However, maybe I've just been spoiled by the Lavender Face Foam, but my face was much redder after using the IE Cleanser than when I use my Face Foam. So, personally I definitely prefer the Face Foam. I also asked DH what he thought of the IE Cleanser since he had been using it all week. DH is a man of few words, so he didn't offer many details--- all he said was "It's ok, but I got 3 new break outs this week. It could just be the stress of traveling, but it doesn't make me like the cleanser more, I'll tell you that much." In short, did I like the IE Cleanser? Yes, but I like the Lavender Face Foam more, so I'll stick with the Face Foam. Did DH like the IE Cleanser? Not so much--- looks like I'll have to find something else to bring on our next trip...
