This is just to my own interest Wink how often you gals are purchasing skincare / cosmetics products, on average?

I used to think that I was sooo addicted to skincare / cosmetics products and had spent way too much money on them ..I ended up having a lot of stuffs here and there (a bit disorganized Embarassed ) and kept saying to myself not to buy any until the old ones had finished ..obviously I failed! a lot of time, I just cant control, but what can I do with the old ones? Confused

After hanging out here in this forum for a while .. it seems to me that you gals must have been even more indulged into the search Surprised .. so do you gals have similar situation? What you do with the unfinished ones?

I am sooooo bad about this. I buy something and use it for a bit, then I see something even better. I have started selling things on ebay. I was so surprized that people would actually buy used/tested beauty supplies, but they do. I wouldn't buy used stuff, but hey, if someone wants to buy my stuff instead of it sitting on my shelf, then more power to them. And then I have more money to buy more stuff!!

I am just exactly the same here ..always tempted to try new things esp. after reading the raves for a particular pdt! This cycle never ends!! I always want to give it away if someone wants it but I feel embarassed to give out "used" pdt!

And this is so interesting to me that people actually would buy used stuffs on the Internet? Are they eager to do so? Rolling Eyes

It really amazes me, but they do. I cannot tell you how many things that I have sold on ebay, usually for 70-90% of what I paid for it. I personally don't think that I would buy used items, but hey who am I to stop them. What can I say, Ebay is a wonderful thing. How does the old saying go...One man's junk....

Laughing Too often! I can't help it I just like it and really like trying out new things as well. I am trying to cut down at the moment though (mind you, I've been saying that for a while).

Most of the stuff I don't use goes to my mum or my friends. I do a general "bathroom cull" every-so-often to try to minimise the clutter. I still end up with a large selection of products though because I like to have a nice range to choose from depending on my mood.

I've been like that too before but for the last several years, I've been good... Razz I have my am/day moisturizer for the last few months (6 mos?) and been loyal to it. I guess the price of the skin care has got me to thinking since, I can no longer afford to buy several of them in one time and end up in my bathroom cabinet waiting to either be disposed or given away... Crying or Very sad I just buy now as needed and when I'm almost out of it, that's when I start looking for another brand.
