I just got three lovely new gigantic bug bites. I got one a couple weeks ago and it scarred.
I've tried 1% over-the-counter hydrocortisone, and I suppose I could go get cortisone injections. But does anyone know how to get rid of them another way?
Thanks. |

I always use Lavender Essential Oil. I also use it for burns. It works! |

Tea tree oil can be very healing too - I use it on all sorts of bites, cuts and scrapes. It does sting a bit initially though! |

Burt's Bees-Dr. Burt's Herbal Defense Ointment is fantastic at healing bites. Its the same formula as the Baby Bee Diaper Ointment, which is what I use. With in hours they are gone. |

Burt's Bees rescue ointment is great for bug bites as well as other scrapes, burns, bruises etc. That's my top suggestion. Another recommendation would be lavender and tee tree oil mixed in to some rosehip oil. |

My hubby and I just got a few bug bites over the weekend. I used Carekate's bump blasting serum (formualated after Yonka Emulsion Pure).
Anyway, this stuff is great for acne as well as shaving and bug bites. The itch disappears for the entire day. |

it seem your skin is too sensitive,so i think vein injection is a good way for you.
if your skin were not so sensitive,i think rosebud salve would help, and wet soap solution would reduce the itch
hope it helps
and do you know which insect bite you? such a strong reaction |
