I got my eyelashes permed in Bangkok when I went to visit my family a month ago. My mom said it's dangerous after I got it done. (A little too late!) Is that true? She said I'd go blind. |

I have never heard of people damaging their eyesight with the eyelash perm, just unsatisfactory results. I guess if the person who perform the perm is not experienced and let the perm solution get into your eyes then there may be some problem. |

Yes, I think the risks would be in getting the solution in your eyes - probably very similar to the risks from eyelash-dyeing. |

I had no problems, but I had mine done by someone I've know for ages and has been doing it for years. I had been nervous about getting it done but it's probably the best thing I've ever spent beauty wise. Still, I'd be very careful on who I let near my eyes. |

Thank you all. I can still see so there must not be an immediate result if at all. haha The result obviously is not permanent. But I thought my lashes would look nicer if I could grow them longer with RevitaLash, and then have them permed. I just bought Shu Uemara eyelash curler, too, and it works great. |
