...showing up at checkout? The last time I ordered it was way off, and this time it doesn's show up at all.

Yes I've just placed an order and it said that my discount had been taken off, but nothing was taken off. I have contacted EDS via email about it. |

Me too. I got the red text that said a discount was being applied, but it wasn't calculated.
I'm lazy and did the Live Help. I supposedly have a credit coming but the emailed receipt still shows the undiscounted price. |

Log on to you account & check your orders. The corrected total should show up there. Same thing happened to me today; I got it corrected over the phone-no new e-mail, but it was correct on my orders. |

yes i had one problem before, they only applied 10% discount on my order while i should enjoy 15%, live-help adjusted this for me. |

It must be a glitch in the shopping cart or something...when it goes ahead and charges the amount.
I actually have never gotten my full discount charged, it's always off by a dollar or two, I usually contribute it to the currency exchange. |

Wow - thanks for pointing that out.
I placed an order earlier and the text came up indicating that my discount had, indeed, been applied. After seeing this thread I double-checked. It was NOT applied |

Same thing happened to me today. Checkout said iw as getting a 15% discount, but reflected 0.00. I just used live help and Kate told me to go ahead and place the order while she was there and then give her the order number. She checked it, said that was odd and then manually gave me the discount.

The same thing happened to me a while back. Not knowing what to do I posted help I never got my forum discount. Someone suggested live help which I used and was informed my post was deleted as this type of topic is not what the forum is for.
In my case it was helpful to ask since I never thought to use the live help feature duh lol. My discount was applied in the end.

i just placed an order and had that problem. i just put a note in the special instructions telling them to recalculate it for me...hopefully it's enough |

And then the next day,I got email that it was out of stock and would be in a few days.Waiting and waiting. I emailed yesterday and asked what was going on with my order.Diana said it still wasn't in,I was going to order the HA from PSF,but,I changed my mind.I didn't think to look at my bill,I guess I better go back and check it out.And then a few minutes later,I recieved an email saying my product was still on order and be shipped as soon as possible.Which I already knew from my email I had sent and talked to live help.Kind of crazy.I havent ordered enough yet to make an opinion on customer service.But,I LOVE the products.Sorry,this is way too long.
