How often is it recommended to use a vitamin C serum. Once or twice a day? Is it preferable to use it in the AM or PM or does it matter?
(I did a search for this but couldn't find anything... sorry if I missed it.)  |

| Tam, I bought Candy's Ultra Triple C as well as DMAE and HA serums. She told me to apply the C first and only in the morning. Hope this helps. |

Thanks Cherisse! I have Candy Ultra Triple C too.
Did she happen to tell you why to use it in the morning as opposed to the evening?  |

| Vit-C protects the skin from sunlight. If you use it at night time then you won't get the extra benefit of sun protection. Night time is better reserved for actives that might cause photo-sensitivity like Retin-A . |

| Definitely in the mornings before leaving the house, and once a day. I hear that it stays in your system for I forget 72 hours or 48 hours. I'm just throwing out numbers, but it's in your system for quite some time, so no need to apply it twice a day. |

I applied twice AM and PM before and it makes my skin drying and tight, so I use only morning since it's most effective with sun anyway.
I use more of anitoxidant at night |
