I have been using Dr Hauschka for about a month, and am very happy with the line, but I have recently started looking at Jurlique. I've had a look at the website and it seems that the two lines carry a very similar range of products using the same ingredients.
Jurlique Face Wash Cream seems just like Dr H Cleansing Cream with an almond meal base, and it is recommended that both are applied using the press and roll action.
I also use the Dr H Normalising day oil, and Jurlique makes a Daily Face Care Oil for oily skin also.
There are lots of other very similar products, but I am particularly interested in these two. I've found that there are a lot of reviews on Dr H but not many on Jurlique.
Has anyone used both, and what are your thoughts on how the two lines compare? |

I've tried both Dr. H and Jurlique cleansing cream. The Jurlique is similar to Dr. Hauschka but is much more grainy. I prefer the Dr. Hauschka and I'm sure there are people out there who will point out that Jurlique tends to leave less of a residue when rinsed out. All I know is I got the best results with Dr. Hauschka and I'll never cheat on my Cleansing Cream again |

I've tried the DHCC and as many know, I'm not a fan. Though I've always wanted to try the Jurlique...it's currently sitting in my EDS cart (and has for awhile now).
I love Jurlique's Calendula cream...very tempted to purchase the cleansing cream! |

I love Jurlique Face Wash Cream. I think its even gentler than Dr. HCC. I did not like the smell of Dr. HCC. |

Wild Cat, I like the Dr HCC because it really moisturises my skin and I don't need to put a moisturiser on at night. Dos Jurlique CC have the same effect? |

I have tried both. I don't like the Dr H as I don't like the beer smell, couldn't get past that. I LOVE the Jurlique, it's thicker, more oaty looking than the Dr H, is very gently, can be used daily and does exactly what its supposed to.
In fact when I ran out recently I tried the Dermalogica daily microfoliant and got blackheads on my nose. When I went back to the Jurlique, they disappeared again within a few days.
Big thumbs up for Jurlique. |

I have very sensitive skin and I reacted to Jurlique while Dr H was fine for me (some of the products) |

I prefer Jurlique over Dr H, especially when it comes to the face wash cream. Really the only product that I like from Dr H is the rose cream but thats to heavy from my skin |

I feel very tempted by the Jurlique products, they seem lovely. I've used their handcreams, and they are bliss.
The DR H things I've tried havent impressed me, particularly. |

Julsey,
Jurlique's face wash cream leave me face less dry than Dr.HCC. My skin is baby soft after using it. But, I do use other products, actives, after I washed my face. |

Jurlique's two founders used to work for Dr. H, that's why there are so many similarities in these two lines.
I have never used Dr.H but have Jurlique Face wash cream, calendular cream, herbal recovery gel and neck serum. the face wash cream smells good. herbal gel is so so and love the neck serum! |

I just started using Jurlique's Herbal Recovery Gel. This morning, I put it over my vit-c serum and then followed up with Laura Mercier's tinted moisturizer. Nothing balled up! The moisturizer even went on more smoothly than before. My skin glow the whole day! This is my new love! Love the herbal smell too! |

I've tried the Jurlique CC and didn't get the same results as I did with Dr. H. I have the Jurlique wrinkle softener cream (hated the Recovery Gel) that comes in a teensy tube and I like that as well as their foaming face wash. So I kinda go back and forth between the two products, foaming face wash, winkle softening cream by Jurlique and Cleansing cream, eye balm, and clay mask by Dr. Hauschka. |

It does seem like Jurlique is worth trying. I have emailed them in Aus and asked to send me some samples. They emailed back with a bunch of questions about my skin, so hopefully I've got some samples on the way. Will let you know what I think of them in comparison to Dr H |

I much prefer DHCC to Jurlique cleansing cream. The Jurlique one with its bigger particles kept falling off my face as I tried to use it. Dr. H won that battle hands down. |

Ive used heaps of products from both range. I felt like Dr. Hauschka is more potent than Jurlique. But i dont like any of Dr. Hauschka's moisturiser, i found them too thick for combination skin.
I dont have anything i particularly like from Jurlique, maybe just their foaming cleanser.
As for Dr. Hauschka, i like their rythmic conditioner and toner. |

I love the Dr H cleansing cream & expected the Jurlique to be the same. I really don't care for the Jurlique at all - too chunky, & the scent doesn't agree with me. But I really like the Aromatic Hydrating Concentrate that you "press & release" before the cream. The one thing that I do like about the Jurlique face wash cream is that you can purchase a larger size. |

I did mini spa at Jurlique store before. I really can't stand the smell of the product and Dr.H products are much better. |

Guess there's only 1 thing left to do - try both! I really want to try Jurlique Herbal Recovery Gel & Mist for oily skin.
I love my Dr HCC, and it sounds like other people who love it prefer it to Jurlique's. |
